Please complete the following for the best possible results:

• Remove any debris from the pool. This includes leaves, branches, pool toys, and any other objects that could obstruct the leak detection process.
• If your pool is green or the water is discolored, the pool will need to be cleaned before a full leak detection can commence. Your pool maintenance service  can help you achieve this process. If you do not have a pool company,      Durawise Industry Services will do our best to team you up with a cleaning professional in your area for you to coordinate with directly. 
• Please have all animals put away on the date of your leak detection and out of access areas.   
• Provide all gate access information. 
• Be sure the pool is filled to the normal operating level for your leak detection. If filling the pool can’t be accomplished, please contact Durawise Industry Services. 
• Remove any pool toys or furniture from pool access areas. This will also help to prevent the leak detection technician from tripping or falling.
• If possible, please have the pool filled to normal operating level and the pool circulating before arrival.
